Update on WAPOR National Representatives
During the Spring of 2019, a total of 36 WAPOR National Representatives have been appointed to two-year terms. Among their responsibilities, National Representatives monitor and keep WAPOR informed regarding events in their nation that are relevant to the conduct of public opinion and survey research. They also serve as local WAPOR representatives and survey experts who are available to discuss polling issues in their country, provide brief annual reports to WAPOR regarding the general status of public opinion and survey research in their nations, and periodically contribute information to WAPOR’s newsletter regarding important developments. WAPOR is very grateful to our National Representatives for their support of our association. A listing of current National Representatives can be found here: https://wapor.org/about-wapor/leadership/national-representatives/.
WAPOR will also be recruiting National Representatives for other nations in the coming months and will be interested in hearing from volunteers in nations not yet represented.
