WAPOR Asia Lifetime Achievement Awards

The WAPOR ASIA announced the WAPOR ASIA Lifetime Achievement Award (WALAA) at the 2020 WAPOR ASIA conference in Malaysia.

Three WALAA awardees are:

  • 2018: Dr. Mahar Mangahas (President and co-founder of Social Weather Stations (SWS), Philippines)
  • 2019: Dr. Ijaz Gilani (founder and Chairman of Gallup Pakistan, Pakistan)
  • 2020: Dr. Takashi Inoguchi (Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Tokyo/ Professor of Political Science at J. F. Oberlin University, Japan)
