WAPOR Sub-Saharan Africa Election Results (2026-2027 term)

Dear WAPOR colleagues,

We are happy to ifnorm that for the 2026-2027 term, WAPOR SSA (Sub-Saharan Africa) Chapter has elected Angela Ambitho for Chapter President, Paul Nnanwobu for Vice-President and Emanuel de Brito for Secretary Treasurer.

The 2025 WAPOR SSA election process followed the procedures outlined in the Chapter’s Constitution. Nominations were submitted for vote on November 21, 2025. Voting remained open for a four-week period, closing on December 22, 2025. Reminders to non voting members were sent on November 30, December 12, 15, 18, 22.
