Visa to Mexico
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel documentation and must comply with visa requirements for Mexico based on their nationality. Applications must be submitted in the participant’s country of residence prior to travel, if required.
Nationals of many countries do not require a visa for short-term stays (up to 180 days) for purposes such as conference participation. For more information, please, check the following links or contact the Embassy or Consulate of Mexico in your country of residence:

Participants who require a visa should request an official letter of invitation by contacting admin@wapor.org. This letter confirms participation in the conference but does not guarantee visa approval.
All travelers must hold a valid passport and may be required to provide proof of onward travel, accommodation, and sufficient financial means. Participants are advised to verify their specific requirements with the nearest Mexican consulate, as regulations may change.
Please, be advised that WAPOR has no possibility to apply for a visa on your behalf.
