U.S. Youth and the 2016 Presidential Election

A recent GenForward survey from the Black Youth Project at the University of Chicago, together with The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, delved into the views of young adults on the U.S. presidential candidates and political issues. Researchers noted how unusual it is to have high quality data with large samples that can reveal the major differences by race and ethnicity in this very diverse demographic. The article highlights a number of key findings for the 18 to 30 age group.
